TTT — Teach, Train, Transform

AI-powered e-learning platform for Morocco with personalised learning paths.

The problem

Online learning in Morocco is mostly one-size-fits-all. Platforms deliver the same content to every learner, whatever their learning style, strengths or goals, and they rarely reflect the country’s multilingual reality. Schools, parents and companies also tend to work in separate tools: attendance and grades live in one place, course content in another, and parents have little visibility into their children’s progress. Learners lack the motivation and guidance to stay engaged, and institutions lack one place to manage teaching, assessment and reporting.

The solution

I built TTT, an AI-powered e-learning platform designed around the individual learner and the Moroccan context. The backend runs on NestJS with Prisma and Supabase PostgreSQL, the frontend on Next.js, and Groq AI powers the intelligent features. Learners start with psychometric assessments (Learning Style, Meta Skills, Ikigai and OCEAN personality) that shape an adaptive content path structured as Program → Module → Course → Unit. Engagement is driven by gamification with XP and badges, while enrollment gating and automatic quiz grading keep progression structured. Around the student experience, I built a parent module (minor account rules, a 14-day validation deadline, a read-only mode), a School Management System with attendance, a gradebook on the Moroccan /20 scale and PDF report cards, an enterprise module for corporate training, and pricing plans with time-limited discounts. The whole platform is available in English, French, Arabic (with full right-to-left support) and Spanish.

The result

TTT brings personalized learning, school administration, parental oversight and corporate training together in one platform. Each learner gets a path adapted to how they learn instead of a generic catalog. Schools can run attendance, grading and report cards in the same system as their course content, parents can follow their children’s progress, and companies can train their teams. Support for four languages, including native Arabic RTL, makes the platform accessible to Moroccan users and ready for wider markets.

If you have real numbers (users, schools onboarded, courses, completion rates), give them to me and I’ll rewrite the result section around them. I can also do the SEO title/description and the French version like for AfricaForPress.
