Privacy policy
This site is run by Mouad Toto, a software developer based in Agadir, Morocco. This page explains what information the site collects, why, and what you can ask me to do with it.
Quote requests
When you send the quote form, I receive your name, email address, company (if given), project type, budget range, timeline, description and any file you attach. I use this only to reply to your request and, if we work together, to manage the project.
Requests are stored in this site's database and attachments in private storage that is not publicly accessible. A notification email is sent to me and an acknowledgement is sent to you through the email provider Resend.
AI assistant
If you use the chat assistant, your messages and its replies are saved for up to 90 days so I can review them and improve the answers, then deleted automatically. Please don't share sensitive personal information in the chat.
Messages are sent to Google (Gemini API), the provider of the AI model, to generate replies.
Technical data
To limit spam and abuse, the site stores a one-way hash of your IP address alongside quote requests, chat conversations and rate-limit counters. The raw IP address is not stored.
The quote form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical information about your browser to tell people and bots apart.
Your colour theme choice is saved in your browser's local storage. The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you at any time using the contact details on the contact page.
